About Us
Our Story
From León, Mexico. Rooted in Alberta.
Casa Daga was born from a simple idea: bringing the footwear tradition and craftsmanship of León, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Calgary, Alberta.
Our story is personal. Originally from León, a city recognized for its long-standing leather and footwear industry, we grew up surrounded by a culture where boots represent much more than something you wear. They reflect tradition, hard work, identity, and pride.
Today, as a Mexican-Canadian family proud to call Alberta home, we see a natural connection between the traditions we grew up with and the lifestyle that makes this province so special.
The cowboy spirit has deep roots on both sides of the border, including the traditions of the Mexican vaqueros who helped shape North American ranching culture. It's a shared heritage built on resilience, craftsmanship, and respect for the land.
Two Cultures. One Shared Spirit.
Casa Daga brings together the craftsmanship and traditions of Mexico with the character and heritage of Alberta.
We are an independent Canadian retailer, carefully selecting boots that celebrate authentic design, individuality, and timeless style.
Our goal is simple: to share a piece of where we come from while celebrating the place we now call home.
Proudly Mexican. Proudly Canadian.
Based in Calgary, Alberta, Casa Daga serves customers across Canada.
Every pair we offer is part of a bigger story — one that connects cultures, celebrates tradition, and carries it forward.
Welcome to Casa Daga.
