At Casa Daga, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Boots must be returned with their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

You may try on your boots indoors to check the fit, provided they remain in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email hello@casadaga.ca with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Free Return Shipping

Casa Daga covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns within Canada.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or applicable consumer protection requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@casadaga.ca 

Include your order number and photographs of the issue, if available, so we can assist you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us to discuss availability.

Exchanges are subject to available inventory. If a direct exchange is unavailable, you may request an eligible return and place a new order.
